Augustine looked like a newborn Deerling as he wobbled on his skates. Serena smiled warmly and held out her hands. He latched onto them and only Serena's years of experience kept them both upright. "Calm down! We'll take this nice and slow." He looked at her, his face so full of trust that she would keep him from injuring himself. She had to hold in a giggle. She'd never seen him so flustered before and it was absolutely adorable.

"No need to panic. If you start to fall try and hold onto the wall okay?" His face instantly transformed into the exact picture of panic she was trying to avoid but it was much more cute than worrisome. This time she couldn't fight back the giggle and one of her hands automatically flew up to hide it. Augustine's panic went into overdrive as one of his supports was taken from him.

"Ma belle don't-!" His feet flew out from under him and Serena was yanked down with him. They landed in a heap on the concrete and she heard Augustine wince from the impact.

"Are you okay!?" Serena immediately sat up and began inspecting the professor for injuries. He surprised her out of her worry by bursting into laughter. He sat up as best he could with her on top of him and smiled reassuringly.

"I think I best leave the skating to you ma belle," he chuckled, leaning up to kiss her.
