My mother was so excited when she got the letter from our house elf, Kleine. VIXEN REINS VALE GET DOWN HERE THIS INSTANT!
She screamed at me from down stairs. I raced down to see what was wrong. When I came down my mother hugged me and cried tears of joy. My arms hung uselessly down at my sides while she hugged me tightly. You've been excepted vixen! I looked at her like she was crazy, accepted where? I asked with confusion. Why to Hogwarts of course!
HOGWARTS? I screamed with joy. YES! She screamed louder. I hugged my mother this time and we both hugged tightly. I couldn't believe it, I, Vixen Vale would finally be going to the glorious place that is Hogwarts. I couldn't wait! I was kind of bummed though, id be leaving my home in Baltimore, Maryland and going all the way to England.
I really hoped id do well there, perhaps I'd even be put in Slytherin! Everyone in my family has been in slytherin I don't see why I wouldn't too, I mean there was no one in existence in my family that hadn't been a wizard or witch or gone to slytherin. I'm so glad I get to keep up the tradition. After the internal battle with myself and my mother congragalating me once more I grabbed the letter in my mom's hand and started to read,
Dear ,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on September 10th. We await your owl by no later than July, 31.

I will be taking you to diagon alley to go shop for your supplies, your cottage for the night, and then take you to platform 9 ¾ on September 9th at 11:35 A.M. sharp. I'll pick you up at your house so be ready, I will not tolerate being late. Oh and by the way, the headmaster has given you permission to bring your wolf, Morso.

I was ecstatic. I could bring Morso! Morso is my midnight black miniature wolf that I've raised since he was a baby. He's the offspring of my father's wolf shadow. I sat down in my favorite armchair and thought about father being in prison for awhile until Morso climbed into my lap and fell asleep. I smiled down at him and drifted off, thinking about all the kids I'll meet at my new school.
