Favours
Riku wasn't one to do favours. Sometimes even Sora had difficulties persuading him to do so.
Perhaps, however, for this occasion, Riku decided to make an exception.
It started when he found Sora sitting at the little island across the beach. The brunette looked extremely glum, rather unusual for his cheerful, innocent nature. "What's wrong, Sora?" Riku asked simply, sitting down beside his best friend.
"Kairi's been teasing me," Sora muttered. "She says I'm fifteen already, and I haven't kissed anyone." Riku blinked. "And that's a problem because…?" Sora shrugged. "I don't know," he sighed. "It just…bugs me." Riku couldn't help but be amused; Sora was so torn up over Kairi teasing him about not kissing someone?
"If it's making you that upset, Sora, how about I do you a favour?"
The brunette looked up. "Since when were you one to offer favours?" He asked. "People have to either threaten you with bodily harm, or beg to death. And you usually want a reward."
"I didn't say it wasn't solely for your benefit, Sora…"
Sora's eyes widened as Riku leant closer to him and kissed him. He tensed up at first, then eventually relaxed, pressing against the older youth. Sora's breathing was audibly faster when Riku pulled away, a smug grin on his face. "Now Kairi can't tease you anymore," he said. "She might not believe me," Sora said, lowering his eyes. "Oh she will," Riku assured, tilting up Sora's chin for a second kiss.
