A/N: I don't Bones or any of the characters. I have no idea why the scene in The Wannabe in the Weeds where Booth gets shot is one of my favorites, but it is, so I decided to write a story about it and it is told through Booth's eyes. I also don't own the song Girls Just Want to Have Fun.

I walked behind Bones as she walked up to the stage to sing her song. Right before she started to sing, she looked at me and I smiled at her and she took her coat off and the squints started to cheer for Bones as she started to sing

"I come in the morning light

My mother says when you gonna live your life right

Oh, Momma dear,

We're not the fortunate ones

And girls they want to have fun."

I pulled out my lighter and waved in the air. I watched her jump and dance in a circle and I thought to myself "Who knew that Bones could be spontaneous and dance around like that?"

"The Phone rings in the middle of the night

My father yells what you gonna do with your life? "

I started to get into the music and bounced to the beat of it and clapped my hands to it as well.

Oh, Daddy dear,

And girls they want to have fun

One thing that I didn't know is that Pam the girl who became obsessed with me and walked into the club shortly after Bones started to sing, looked at the back of my head and said "Look at me, not her." She then pulled out a gun and yelled my name "Seeley. Seeley!

I turned around the second time and looked at her. "I'm doing this for us." She said as she aimed the gun at Bones. I stood up in front of Bones; trying to get my gun out of the holster, but before I could get it out; Pam pulled the trigger and I felt the bullet in my right shoulder.

I didn't believe that she shot me and I slowly fell to the ground, my head hitting the floor. Bones came down to me, I saw her pick up my gun and shot Pam straight in the neck. After this I saw her face straight up in mine.

I felt her hands as she tried to stop the bleeding from my wound. "Come on Booth. You're going to be ok."

I wanted to tell her that I was going to be ok, but all I could do is stare at her. I could feel myself getting weaker and I saw Bones get blurry. The last thing I heard before my vision went to blackness was Bones saying "Come on Booth. No.
