"Team Isberto: Death and Rebirth"
The beginning of the story showed Ian Isberto fighting a monster, only to be killed by it. The setting then went back to a few days previous, where a man named Byron attacked a shrine, to retrieve the spirit of Moebius, a demon who attempted to take over the world and create his "Thousand Year Labyrinth". Since he was lacking a body, Byron offered his as a temporary substitute, until they could retrieve Moebius' original one.
The only threat to Moebius' plan was a priestess known as Lily, who could seal his spirit away once more. He raised a stone army from their slumber, to attack the rest of the world, while his four subordinates went to kill Lily. They were given special spirit creatures to enhance their strength.
To deal with the threat, Max Tennyson sends out Ben Tennyson, Gwen Tennyson, Kevin Levin, and the Plumbers' Kids to stall the stone army. Ian Isberto, Dexter, Cyborg, and Buttercup were sent to guard Lily, and deliver her to the shrine where Moebius' body was kept. They fended off her four would-be assassins, who exhausted themselves in a failed attempt to kill Ian. Lily told Ian of his upcoming death; while initially skeptical, her assistant, Jericho, explained that Lily could see the future, and all 100 predictions she had made had come true. As they headed for the shrine, the group was ambushed once again, and split into two teams. Buttercup killed one of her opponents by eating the rage candy to get her into Fury Fist, while his kept Ian busy. Cyborg told Dexter to escape with Lily, unaware that his two opponents were actually just one man and a puppet. The remaining bounty hunter disabled Dexter, and Lily was killed.
This turned out to be a ruse: the dead "Lily" was actually Jericho, who transformed himself into a copy of Lily to trick them into thinking they killed the real one. Lily explained that her power worked by allowing her spirit to jump back in time at the moment of her death, thereby allowing her to avoid it by having someone die in her place. Ian Isberto insisted that he would not die, and likewise would keep Lily safe.
Thanks to Buttercup, Cyborg realised that the remaining three bounty hunters must keep replenishing their strength to battle effectively. Ian Isberto was sent on ahead with Lily, while Dexter and Buttercup tricked their opponents into wasting their strength on futile attacks. When it came time to replenish their strength, Cyborg disabled the final bounty hunter, who was providing it, leaving the other two powerless against Buttercup and Dexter.
At the mountain temple where Moebius' body was kept, Ian Isberto and Lily found the stone army waiting. Ian held the army back while Lily headed inside to begin the sealing ritual. Byron was already inside, and tricked Lily into beginning the technique with him inside the barrier, allowing Moebius' spirit to reunite with his body. Ian came to rescue her. About to see her prediction of his death come true, she used her power to change Ian's fate, intending to kill herself and Moebius in order to save him. Ian stopped her seconds before her death, and used Ian's Super Falcon Punch and Lily's Super Falcon Kick, with both their strength, to destroy Moebius. With Moebius gone, Ian asked Lily what she intended to do now. She replied that Moebius was a demon caused by the evil thoughts, and that there was bound to be another Moebius someday. Because of this, she said that she must continue the line of priestesses that would suppress demons like Moebius. Then she asked Ian if he would help, which an ignorant Ian happily agreed to.
