Revan loved listening to the war stories Canderous would tell her. He would tell her things that would make her blood rush and her heart stop. He would relay battles he and his people had won, ones that were of great importance. He would also tell of stunts he pulled in his 'glory' days, and show her old scars.
She admired him, even though some of the things he had done made her feel wrong. She would always listen so intently as he spoke, his voice moving through her; making her feel like she was reliving his past. Oh what a glorious past that was!
One this Canderous never mentioned were woman. Maybe he had none, or none of them were important enough to mention. And that let her believe.
