The entry way was open and the sound of dreary music filled the air.
Six happy couples waltzed, their feet a frenzy, mad to get across the ballroom floor.
And tucked into the corner sat a man, desperately thrashing a tune onto his instrument, pouring out his misery into the keys.
And despair rose around them, enveloping the room in eerie depression.
The corridor was left deserted.
