Chapter 1: Russia's Journey/A Boy In The Snow
"So, you are leaving, Mr. Russia?" Toris asked.
"Da. The boss wants me to." Ivan answered.
"How, long will you be gone?" Toris asked.
"For while. Going to look at land, boss found." Ivan replied as he put a few things in his suitcase, before walking out of the house.
"Have a nice trip, Mr. Russia." Toris replied before shutting the door.
A little blonde headed boy woke up laying in the snow, he yawned, stretched a bit, and finally rubbed his eyes with glove covered hands. "Another day. I wonder what I can do around here, today?" The boy muttered.
The little boy ran into a small Indian village. His stomach began to growl as he walked by a woman's hut. The Indian woman grinned then handed him a little bit of food. "Thanks!" The boy replied before running off in the deep snow. A small, black, Alaskan Malamute puppy began to bark at him, he was tied to a tree and was whimpering as the little boy stopped and crawled over to where the puppy was. "Hey, are you all by yourself, too?" The boy asked. The puppy laid his head on the boy's knee. "Same here. Hey! How about you be my friend? I need someone to keep me company." The boy untied the puppy and the two of them ran away from the tree together.
It had been a few days later after Ivan had made his departure and the Russian ship made port on this new land that was now territory of Federation of Russia. And, of course, it was snowy here, too. Ivan sighed, he was hoping for a change of climate, but unfortunately this wasn't the case. Ivan stepped off the ship to scout it out.
The little boy and his new friend, was running together and seen the big Russian ship. "Woah! Look at that, Ace. That's the biggest boat I've ever seen!" He remarked. The two of them began to run towards the ship only to for the boy to run into what he thought was a tree. "When did that tr..." The little boy opened his eyes then looked up at the tallest man he'd ever seen in his life. He kinda had the same hair color as he did, another trait he had never seen before. Despite never seeing anyone like him before he had a huge grin plastered on his face, "Hi! I'm Alaska!" He greeted.
Ivan was surprised, most people were afraid of him the first time that they seen him but this little, blonde boy wasn't. He recalled hearing that name before. Then, it hit him. Of course, there would be someone here that was his new territory. He also knew what this meant. He was going to have a new member of his house. "Privet. Alaska." Ivan replied.
"Are you alone, too?" Alaska asked.
"For moment." Ivan answered.
"Do you wanna be my friend?" Alaska asked, "I don't have many friends. All I have is Ace. He's the one I found, not too long ago."
"Alright. Question. Would you want to come home with me, Alaska?" Ivan asked.
"Is that big boat, your's?" Alaska asked.
"Da." Ivan replied.
"Okay." Alaska replied, "Wait, what's your name? I didn't catch it, earlier."
"Russia." Ivan replied.
"Nice to meet you, Russia." Alaska stated with a grin. Ivan picked up Alaska, and he told Ivan everything about his home how big it was and how cold the world that he lived in was. Ace, of course, followed behind them as Ivan walked with the little Alaska in his arms.
Disclaimer: I know this isn't entirely historically accurate, but I like the story line. I do thank the reviewers that helped me correct some small details. Anyway, I do not own Hetalia in anyway, shape, or form... I only wish I did.
