"Patonga 'sticks."
"Holds the record for the most members from a single team to play for their National team," Hermione replied quickly, without having to give the answer much of a thought.
"Why are we still doing this?" Draco asked with a shrug.
"Because one of us has to be the best," she replied with a quick nod.
"I could have told you that before we even started." Draco huffed as he pushed up and reached for the bottle of Firewhiskey sitting on the table between them.
"You picked the topic," Hermione smirked as she watched him pour the dark liquid into a glass.
"Yeah," Draco laughed. "Figured it was an easy win for me. Didn't 'spect you to know so much about Quidditch," he said with a sigh, taking a look at the small amount of alcohol before he threw it back. Wincing as the liquid burned the back of his throat, Draco nodded to her and set the glass back down with a thunk.
"Could be worse, I s'pose." Hermione raised an eyebrow. "You coulda picked some Muggle brew," he said, waving to the bottle. "Your turn."
Hermione rolled her eyes and tried to think of a stumper. Deciding to make it an easy one, she took the chance to tease him some more. "Um... which team lost after a seven-year streak due to an incompetent Seeker?"
Draco blinked and glanced at the wall as he tried to think of that one. He was also beginning to realize that he was the only one drinking. "The Kestrels," he finally guessed.
"Slytherin," Hermione groaned, throwing the bottle cap at him.
Draco gasped and jumped up. "I'll show you 'incompetent'," he exclaimed, chasing her into the bedroom as she laughed.
"Caught you," he said a moment later, pulling her close.
