From rumours, New Zealand newspaper articles, and both Renee's and Lucy's reaction at the Pasadena Convention on the final episode of season 6, it looks like the character Xena: Warrior Princess might die. If this happens, what will become of Gabrielle, will she be left to fight for the greater good alone? This is a small piece, taken from Eva Cassidy's inspiring song 'I know you by Heart,' and how I hate to change it, I feel it a fitting song to describe the thoughts and feelings Gabrielle might posses after the death of her soul mate.
