"C'mon Riker! Wake up!" Ross jumped up and down on Riker's bed.
"Ross… go away…" he said weakly, not in the mood to scream. Then, he turned his head away from Ross when he felt a piercing tickle in the back of his nose. "Ahh… ehh..."
Ross raised his eyebrows. "You okay?"
"Yeah I'm okaa… haaa…" Riker cupped his hands over his nose and mouth, throwing himself forward with two forceful sneezes. "He'choo! Hept'cha!"
Amazing, he thought. Now I'm coming down sick, awesome. He remembered the late night snowball fight yesterday, and how he accidentally fell in the half frozen fountain. "Het'choo! Haaa… Ha'echoo!"
"Bless you," Ross laughed at him. "See you when you're changed."
But Riker didn't want to change, he didn't want to come out of bed. He sat on the edge of his bed, face in his hands, back bent. "Ha... haaa... eeehhh... Ehtchoo! Hat'chi! Hep'tch! Ah... hehh... Ah'etchoo!" he sneezed, then growned. Hit troath itched and he felt like crap, but decided to change his pajama's for normal clothes and pretend like he was all right. "Ah'etchoo! E'choo!" It would be more difficult than he thought. As he went to the dinning room, he felt another tickle burning in his nose. He heard his sibblings and friend talking in the dinning room, wich was really close to him. He had to sneeze really silent. The tickle grew and grew, Riker was breathing uneven and his lips began to part. "Ahhh... ahhh... Ah'nxt!" He tried to stiffle the sneeze as well as he could, but felt more coming. Pinching his nose tightly, there grew an immense tickle in his nose. This one he couldn't stiffle, although he tried to. "Ah'nxtcha! Ha'Entchxa! Nxht'cha! Ah'enx! Eh'ncx'oo! Ehet'chnx Ahhh... ah..."
"Riker?" he heard Rydel's voice from the room next to the one he stood in. "Are you all right there?"
"Yes I ahhh... I ahhh..." Riker tried to hold back the burning tickle in the back of his nose and answer Rydel's question at the same time. "Yes I am, Nxtch!" He finally let out a forceful sneeze, and stiffled it in the croock of his arm.
"Are you coming for breakfast?" Rydel asked. "We already started!"
Riker breathed through his mouth, and then headed to the dinning room. He settled down next to Rocky, who looked at him like he knew something. Riker was half way through a slice of bread, when he felt his nose twitch. He couldn't sneeze now, with his friend around. He rubbed at his nose to hold back the tickle, but didn't succeed. His eyes began to tear and he turned away from the table, heavily breathing and with his hand clamped over his nose. "Ahh... ah..." The sneeze didn't seem to come, and he knew everyone was watching him. His nose now was tickling like mad, and Riker didn't know if he could hold it any longer. He couldn't. "ACHOO!" he let out a powerful sneeze, almost knocking himself down. "Ach'nxt!" he felt his shoulders tense as he stiffled the sneeze. "Ahhh... Ah'etch! Ah'ush! Da... dahhh... dah'etchu! Damn it," he mentioned in between several sneezes. "Ah'echu!" He catched the sneezes in his left hand.
"It seems like you're coming down with something," Rocky said, quite serious.
"No... no," Riker said. "I'm totally fine."
