"The Devil's Hunters" belongs to me, but Revolutionary Girl Utena does not. So, yeah.
Chapter 1-
The enormous door creaked as it opened, strange, lightning-like energy flowing over it. A short-haired woman stumbled through, almost falling to her face, followed by a balding gentleman who just walked through casually. It seemed they had been transported to some sort of classroom, the shades pulled down over the windows.
"So. This is what 1997 looks like," The man said in his grumbly voice. The busty young woman pouted a bit "Yeah..." The guy could tell something was wrong. Faye Valentine...quiet? It was a very rare occurence. Yet, he said nothing. He was curious as to what they'd find outside, so he walked towards the door, unlocking it.
"C'mon." Jet said as he pushed the wooden door open, seeing a long hallway. The pair wandered down the hallway together, reaching some wide stairs. They walked down slowly, still feeling a bit weird from going through the hole in time.
When they reached the bottom, they saw some pretty strange buildings. A greenhouse in the shape of a bird-cage, and gigantic tower. Jet headed over to a brown-haired girl, hoping she could answer his question. "Umm, excuse me, but could you tell us where we could get some help?"
Wakaba sighed dreamily, her deep, chocolate eyes shimmering like stars. She snapped out of it after a few moments, seeing odd looks on the stranger's faces. "Ummm...maybe the chairman could help you. He lives in that tower," She pointed at the huge building, nodding,"Just take the elevator to the top floor. He spends most of his time up there, according to a friend of mine who...errr...Nevermind."
Faye just forced a smile when the girl glanced at her, with an almost angry, resentful expression. She grabbed Jet's arm and pulled him toward the building, wanting to get away from the weird girl. She reminded her of Ed, only she was stranger. wakaba just stood there,letting her eyes look at the ground.
"Why do I hate her so much? Who does she remind me of?"
(In the tower):
The tall, dark man heard the elevator doors open. He turned around in his couch to see a beautiful, purple-haired, green-eyed, well-endowed woman, and...umm...Jet.(sweatdrop)
"May I help you?" Faye stepped forward, blinking a bit when she saw the large black machine sitting in the middle of the room. "Ummm...Where are we?" The tall man chuckled as he stood from his seat and headed over to Faye. "You're in Ohtori Academy."
"Oh, well...is there any place where we could stay for the night?"
"Don't you have your own home?"
"Well, no. Not here, anyways."
Akio put a hand on her shoulder. "Well, I could let you stay here, but you'd have to repay me." Faye's eye twitched when she heard the seductive tone in the chairman's voice. She removed his hand quickly, shaking her head. "Well...is there anyone you need to find? We're bounty hunters."
Akio's dark smile grew.
"Perrrfect..."
