Hello readers, LegendEmpress here with another story. I'm totally not making excuses to not update Split in Half. Nope. No clue what your talking about. Well, without further ado, Withering Warriors.

The witherstorm was unleashed upon the world. I knew it was going to happen, but I didn't expect there to be so many twists with me here. Well, at least I didn't die while escaping it. When we got to Gabriel's fortress, Jesse activated the nether portal. Petra offered to stay behind while we escaped. He tried to convince her to come with us, but she said this was something she had to do. We heard Gabriel yell, as he was caught in the storm's tractor beams. I didn't want Petra to be caught in it, so I ran to help him, but got caught in a beam myself. This choice definitely changed.

Save Midnight or Gabriel?

Midnight

Wait, but I thought Jesse would save Gabriel...

If he had, Legend would've had to create you with amnesia, and she already has an idea for you with normal withersickness.

Okay, so yeah. He chose to save me, but one of the wither's tentacles knocked him into Lukas, which sent them both flying into the portal.

I saved Gabriel from it's clutches as Ivor ran past us. Petra was running in the opposite direction, so I dragged Gabriel along to follow her.

By the time we caught up with her though, the portal was already destroyed.

She was in another tractor beam, so we had to save her before she got too high. Well, since I'm shorter than Gabriel, I had to climb onto his shoulders to save her, but I did it without falling. Oh, so she's going to get withersickness anyway. "So, do we have to take the long way to the temple?" I asked. Gabriel nodded. "Well, we should hurry." Petra said.

So we ran to where their treehouse/hut would be.

(To the treehouse/hut!)

Apparently, Jesse decided that a hut would be a good idea, so the three of us slept there, despite it already being morning. I was the last to fall asleep, but as I was about to, I noticed something on my arm. I rolled my sleeve up to reveal...

I had withersickness.

The world around me went black.

"What is this?" I asked.

Please hurry.

"Wait. That's the end of episode one? I find out I have withersickness and the others are at the temple?"

Yes. Now wait until the next episode begins.

"Which is when?"

When Legend updates her new story.

"New story? Shouldn't this be part of Every Action Matters?"

No. In Every Action Matters, after their sent through the portal, the POV switches to Alexa until you three show up again.

"Oh. So this explains what's happening on our side of the story..."

Correct.

"Why publish it now then? It's not even close to the end."

(Because I felt like it okay?! I'm trying to make up excuses for not updating Split in Half- I mean... I'm not trying to make excuses... Nope, definitely not.)

"Nice job exposing yourself..."

(Just cut to black!)

A/N

So yes, what the Mysterious Entity said is true. In the actual story, it will go to Alexa's POV. This is here to show what's happening on Midnight's side.

So, what do you think the Mysterious Entity's name is? (Here's a hint: They have been in this story already, but under a different name.)
