Natasha's P.O.V.
"Hey Tasha," says Steve walking into the breakroom. I mumble, "Hey," from my seat on the couch. Steve swings over the couch and plops down next to me. I was watching my favorite episode of Criminal Minds on Netflix. I have been very emotional about Steve since the hovercraft blew up with him inside and Bucky saved him from drowning. Crazy right, me the 'Black Widow' emotional. Part of it is that my feelings for Steve have changed since we kissed on the escalator when we were on the run. The other part is the fact that I have always had a crush on Americas first superhero. Steve acts as if nothing happened between us, and I thank God for that everyday. The last thing I need is for Steve to act awkward around me. "Hey Nat the show justice turned off," says Steve snapping me out of my thoughts. "Oh, um what do you want to watch," I ask and hand him the remote. Steve takes the remote and starts to scroll through the options. I look at him and say, "What are you looking for?" "I'm not really sure, to be honest, I haven't seen a film in years," replies Steve with a laugh then he hands the remote back to me, "Clint mentioned a movie called Pirates, I think I'm not really sure." Then it clicks in my mind what he means, "Pirates of the Caribbean, we can start with the first movie, Curse of the Black Pearl." He nods and I scroll and the movie and click play. The couch we are sitting on is actually huge with four cushions across. Tony claims that the La-z-boy didn't 'go' with his newly renovated floor so he donated it to the break room. I lounge out across half of the couch as the movie starts I watch Steve stare at the screen in wonder. I have to admit that the first Pirates movie is my favorite but for some reason I just couldn't keep my eyes open. The last thing I remember is Elizabeth being kidnapped by the pirate crew, then my eyes closed.
Steve's P.O.V.
I didn't realize that Natasha was asleep until the credits rolled across the screen. I was so engrossed in the movie that I wasn't paying attention. I looked at my watch, it read 12:55 am so I made the choice to take Nat to her floor of Stark Tower. This involve picking Natasha up bridal style and going up three floors but I did it anyways. Once the elevator opened to her floor I walked a ways and turned on a light then found her room and went inside and as easily as I could after locating her bed I lay her on the bed. I was turning to leave and I stop in my tracks when I hear, "don't leave me Steve," mumble out of Nat's mouth. It was like an angel pulling at my heart and I had to stay. She had a small stool in the corner of the room so I moved it next to the bed and I leaned my head against the wall and fell asleep.
