Han frowned at the list and headed for the cereal isle. He was at the grocery store doing the shopping. Leia normally did the shopping but she was busy with some bureaucratic mess and they were about to be hit with the biggest snow storm that this planet had seen in over 40 years.

Han grumbled as he grabbed the cereal off the shelf and tossed it into the cart. He despised shopping! It was worse than being frozen in carbonite! Okay, well maybe it wasn't THAT bad but it was pretty close.

He checked the list, "Milk."

Someone almost ran into him and mumbled a hurried, "Sorry," as they passed by. Han wished that he was already home and waiting for the snow to pass. He grabbed the milk out of the cooler and hurried towards the checkout line.

Han had just finished putting away the groceries when Leia walked in. "Whew, what a day!"

"You're telling me?" Han asked. "You should have seen the supermarket! It was crazy in there!"

"Everyone always waits to get their supplies until last minute."

"Like us?" Han asked.

"Well, we have a reason, we just arrived on this planet."

Han walked over to the window and whistled, "Looks like you got home just in time, Princess. Look at that snow come down!"

Leia turned to look outside, "Am I ever glad I'm not out in that."

Han grabbed her hand a pulled her away from the window and towards the back of the house, "Looks like we're going to be stuck here, Princess. Might as well make the best of things."

"Oh, and how do you suggest we do that?"

Han grinned mischievously, "Oh, you'll find out soon enough." He pulled her into the bedroom and kissed her. Leia grinned wickedly and waved her hand in the direction of the door, using the force to shut the door.

Han rolled over and reached for Leia. His hand met empty air and he opened his eyes to see that her side of the bed was empty. He looked at the Krono and saw that it was 0800. He slid out of bed and pulled some pants on. He saw Leia standing in the kitchen watching the snow fall. He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her back against him.

"It's still snowing?"

"Yeah, there has to be at least a foot out there."

"Hey, it can't be any worse than Hoth."

Leia smiled, "No Taun-tauns here. Come on, let's get breakfast."

Han let her go and started a pot of caf as Leia got out the cereal and utensils. "Han? Did you get the milk?"

"Yeah, it should be in the conservator."

"Han, the only thing that's in here is half a gallon of Egg Nog."

"What? Let me see." Han stood behind her and looked into the conservator. "Oh no," he moaned. "I must have grabbed Egg Nog instead of milk."

"Didn't you think to read the label?"

"No, it was late and it was busy and... I guess I just didn't think. Sorry."

"Oh well, I guess we will just have to eat something else. Unless you want to have your cereal with Egg Nog on it instead of milk," Leia joked.

"Leia! That's brilliant!"

"Han, I was joking."

"So what if you were? It's a brilliant idea! Come on, think about it. It isn't that strange."

"Yes it is! Who has Egg Nog on their breakfast cereal?"

"We will! Besides, the cereal is peanut butter flavored. The Egg Nog will taste perfect with it."

"I don't know about this."

"Come on, at least try it."

"Oh, alright," Leia relented. Han poured a little bit of cereal in a bowl and added Egg Nog to it. Leia scooped a little on her spoon and warily put it in her mouth. She chewed it thoughtfully for a moment and swallowed.

"Well?"

"It's not bad. Actually, it tastes pretty good. I never would have guessed."

Han grinned, "See, maybe you should trust my ideas more often."
