Gummy Worms

"Viva la vie boheme!!!" After throwing their fists high in the air the entire group collapsed in laughter, but it didn't last long. They soon realized that they no longer had anything fun do do. But then again, they were with Maureen.

"Gummy worms anyone?!?!" Their was a chorus of 'me!' and Maureen couldn't tell who was calling out and who wasn't, so she just decided to throw them at people.

Pandemonium broke out once again as gummy worms flew in every direction across the Life Cafe, but the real fun started with Roger. He went over to Maureen, whispered something in her ear, she giggled and handed him a worm. Roger nodded at Maureen, went to the opposite end of the table, stood up on it, aimed the gummy worm, and threw it.

Thwack! the worm hit its target. "Hey Benny!" Roger yelled "You got something on your head!"

That's when all hell broke lose.

"Maureen! Pass me one!" Mimi yelled over the applause from Roger's hit.

Mimi caught the gummy worm easily, then promptly threw it at Angel.

"Who threw that?" She asked, untangling the worm from her wig. Mimi unsuccessfully tried to stifle her laughter. "Mimi? You asked for it." Angel said throwing the worm at her, it hit her on the forehead, Mimi tried to throw it at Angel again, but missed and hit Collins instead, who threw it at Mark, who threw it at Roger, who caught it in his mouth.

"Oh, come on!" Mark yelled, disappointed that the worm hadn't hit Roger.

Roger gave Mark the finger then jumped off the table, ran around it and grabbed the bag out of Maureen's hands.

"Hey! Give it back!"

"Sorry, mine now." Roger said, taking out a bunch of worms and stuffing them in his mouth. "Mimi, catch!"

"Thanks." Mimi said, taking some for herself then throwing the bag to Angel. It continued on like that, each person taking some then passing it along, and never giving it back to Maureen. Finally, when there was only one worm left the bag was passed to Joanne, who pulled it out of the bag, dangled it in front of Maureen's face, then popped it in her mouth.

"Come on pookie, that's not fair!" Maureen wined.

"To bad." Joanne countered.

"But I bought them."

"With my money."

"Well it was in my wallet."

"Maureen, they're gummy worms." Joanne pointed out.

"So?"

"So what's the big deal?"

"I wanted to throw one at Benny too!"
