A piece of string walks into a bar and sits down. The bartender looks at it and says: "I'm sorry, we don't serve string here." The string gets up and walks out. It comes back a few minutes later with a disguise on. The bartender, recognizing the piece of string says: "I'm sorry, we don't serve string here." The string gets up and walks out again. Out in the alley, it gets so frustrated that it starts pulling at itself and ends up tying itself into a knot. The string walks back into the bar and sits down again. The bartender looks at it and says: "Are you a piece of string?" The string says: "No, I'm a frayed knot."
