A/N: Thanks to my dear friend, Megan for the beta.

Ginny Potter shot up in bed having been forcibly awoken by the loud crash on the floor below her. Without any thought for own safety and only worry for that of her two infant sons she climbed out of bed to investigate. Upon reaching the kitchen she found the source of her late night wake up call, her husband sprawled across what used to there breakfast table.

"Oh, Harry," she laughed, attempting to cover her laugh with her hand.

Harry groaned as he shifted onto his back. "Evening, love," he winced.

Ginny sighed as she moved to assist her husband. It was the same every month and she could guess the exact conversation that brought on his need for inebriation.

"Tough night?" she asked as she helped Harry to his feet.

"You could say that," he grumbled.

"Come on, lets get you to bed, we'll fix the table in the morning."

After helping Harry to climb the stairs and strip down to his boxers the couple made themselves comfortable in bed.

Ginny sighed as Harry pulled her tighter to his chest. "I've missed you."

"I've been right here, love," Harry replied, placing butterfly kisses along the back of shoulder.

"You know what I mean," she said, turning in his arms. "I haven't exactly been the easiest person to…"

Harry cut her off with a kiss.

"Its not your fault, Gin," he said, pulling away and running his nose along the side of her own. "None of the last year was your fault, stuff like that happens all the time, I just wish I could have been a bigger help."

"You were," she kissed along his jaw, "You were great with the boys. You pretty much run this house, you even took all that time off of work to look after all of us."

Harry lifted her chin between his thumb and index finger. "It was the least I could do, Ginny. It killed me to see you like that. I could hardly expect you to just carry on as normal."

Ginny's hand ran up the side of his neck to thread her fingers in his hair. She brought his lips to hers, "I love you," she whispered against his lips just as pressed her lips to his.

Harry's hand danced up her side as he slipped his other arm under her side to run it along her back. He pulled away to bury his face in her hair. "I love you, too." He dipped his head to her shoulder and began placing open-mouthed kisses up the column of her throat, his tongue darting out to graze briefly against her skin. A soft sound of content escaped her and she felt him smile against the skin behind her ear.

Ginny gave a gentle shove against his chest, causing Harry to draw away from her to lay on his back. He pulled her to him as she lay her head against his shoulder. She knew to well were they were heading and as much as she missed her husband in the physical sense she just wasn't ready for that quite yet.

"I'm sorry," mumbled into his shoulder.

"Nothing to be sorry for, Gin," he sighed into her hair, "You set our pace, we had this conversation. I'm not rushing you into anything."

"I know," she said, looking up at him, "I just feel like you got the raw deal on this one." She placed a finger against his lips as she saw him attempt to interrupt. "I know the things my brothers say to you, Harry. I see the way you watch them interact with their girls. I want you to have that to, I just need a little bit more time."

Harry pulled her tighter against his side as he buried his face in her hair again. "Take all the time you need, love. I'm in know hurry, you've already given me more than I could have ever hoped for."

He dropped a kiss in her hair as he reached for his wand to extinguish the lights in the room. He felt Ginny place a kiss against his shoulder as he turned to his side, tucking her head under his chin, pulling her flush against him.

He didn't care what the Weasley men thought, he already had his whole world in his arms, and in the room next door, anything else was just a bonus at this point.
