A raven haired twenty year old with a hairstyle that resembled a chickens ass walked towards the Konohagakura gates to be welcomed home. He was searching for his brother, but this time with the help of friends... if he could earn back their trust. As he walked threw the gates he saw not a party, but a lone woman with bubblegum colored hair.
She was another reason he was back, she going by the name of Sakura.
"Sakura, I have returned. Where is everyone?" Sasuke-the raven haired- asked, looking around. The clearing was empty apart from themselves.
"They will come."
"..."
"What?"
"When?" Sasuke asked.
"Soon."
"..."
"What now?" Sakura asked, irritably.
"How soon?"
"...Now." Three more figures ran into the area, a blonde haired, orange jumpsuit wearing ninja punched Sasuke in the face as he came.
The other two- a blonde woman with huge breasts and a diamond on her head and a silver haired man reading porn stood on either side of Sakura as she stared impassively at Sasuke and the first blonde. The latter latter beating up the first.
"Naruto," Kakashi spoke looking up from Icha Icha Paradise(?) "Get off him."
The blonde- Naruto rolled off the raven haired shinobi.
"Uchiha." Naruto greeted as he stood besides the other blonde- Tsunade, Hokage of Konohagakura.
"Dobe." Tsunade narrowed her eyes.
"Insulting our shinobi will not get you into the village faster, missing ninja Sasuke Uchiha."
"What do I do to sign up?" Sasuke asked sarcastically, but Sakura stepped forward completely serious.
"Answer these questions and you will be judged."
"Judged? By whom?" Sasuke asked. 'This is surely just a stupid game...' He though idiotically.
"Why by me- Tsunade Godaime and by Sakura Haruno, my apprentice and Naruto Uzumaki, my soon to be successor. Oh and of course, Kakashi Hatake, your ex-sensei."
"That would be terribly biased as most of you know me." Sasuke said arrogantly.
"Don't bet on it. First question, Naruto please."
"What will you do when you've killed him- killed Itachi?"
"Wel-" Sasuke started, but Sakura cut him off.
"What will you be, Sasuke? You will not be an avenger... and that is your life."
"You will be my-" Sasuke tried again, to fail again, being cut of by Naruto.
"You will be nothing."
"You will be no-one."
"Will you two stop it!"
"Stop what?" Kakashi asked innocently.
"Being in sync!"
"Are you saying... we are not supposed to be in sync? It is a form of trust... so I suppose you look down on it."
"What? No-"
"Goodbye, Sasuke Uchiha." He backed up as they all said the line, then everything went dark.
"Aiiggghhhh!" Sasuke woke up in his oto bed.
...
He couldn't take the nightmares.
Hey, just a fic I thought up whilst reading threw my favorites. Very quick one, may change later. Got to go to bed now, but review, okay? Otherwise I'll think you don't like my writing and stop... and you wouldn't want that now, do you? Ehhh?
