Author's Note: This is a oneshot for my story, It Started With A Whisper. It takes place after the end of chapter five, and concerns all the teenage characters in the aforementioned story. Please enjoy.

Loki had cried enough. Now he was stretched across Peter's chest, his ear against the older boy's beating heart. "Do you honestly think I would stop loving you, ever?" Peter had said after Loki had expressed his concerns. Loki didn't believe he deserved love anymore, judging on what he had done in his past life. But Peter had simply pulled the boy onto the bed and into prime snuggling position. It had been three hours. Neither of them had moved.

A knock sounded on the door.

"Come in!" Peter said, continuing to cart his hand through Loki's hair.

It was Chloe and Tasia. Both were clad in their pajamas (a t-shirt and running shorts for Tasia, and matching Batman apparel for Chloe).

"We, uhm, just wanted to come... maybe have one of our pig pile sleepovers?" Tasia said nervously, unsure about what Loki would want. "It's been awhile, and we thought it might make Loki feel better to have his entire support system around."

Peter glanced down at Loki. "Babe?"

Loki cleared his throat. "You two had better get over here right now."

As they were growing up, the six children of the Avengers would have sleepovers together, in which they would all snuggle together and sleep peacefully. It was the most safe feeling in the world, being surrounded by people you love. Chloe hurriedly curled up beside her brother's back, and sighed deeply. Tasia went on Peter's other side, so she could see Loki's face and kiss his cheek. It was warm and cozy with all four of them beneath the covers.

Another knock.

"Mind if we join you?" Matthew and Markus asked in unison.

"Get over here, boys."

Markus threw an arm around Chloe's waist and held her close, while Matthew made himself comfortable with Peter's head against his belly. They all fell asleep within a manner of ten minutes. Loki slept well. They would never give up on him, and he finally realized that.

OOOOOO

Author's Note: Just something I thought of... because there's a time gap between chapters 5 and 6.
