Yuma yawned as he opened the door to his home and attempted to stealthily move through the house in the dark. He had managed to find three numbers that day but at the cost of staying up until two in the morning. He was exhausted and just wanted to sleep, luckily he had no school because of a holiday. When he reached his room he didn't even bother to go upstairs to his hammock, he went straight to his bed and fell asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow.
While Yuma slept soundly up in his room Astral had retreated to the key to go through his new memories. They didn't seem to be important to his mission considering they were just a bunch of things about his culture, like customs and old legends. He was slightly disappointed at this. A giggle snapped him out of his thoughts however. Galaxy Queen was outside her card and staring off into the distance. This actually wasn't unusual. He had retreated to the key many times to see a random number out and about, the only difference was that unlike Black Mist, they didn't try to revolt and generally just ignored him. Galaxy Queen turned toward him with an almost surreal smile on her face. "Babies are wonderful aren't they?" She asked before disappearing back into her card, leaving Astral puzzled. Had babies been important recently?
Yuma let out a groan as something touched him, absently swiping at it. "Five more minutes..." He grumbled and got a giggle in response as something was put on his cheek. It was small and warm, almost like a little hand. He let out another groan as something smacked his forehead and tried to force his eyes open. The light was to bright and his sleepy mind tried to process that something was above him, no wait, someone. Someone small and very close. The someone let out a giggle as he looked into blue and green eyes, the green caused by a D-gazer. It couldn't be... Yuma let out a startled yelp as a tiny, dark tanned hand was once again used to hit him in the forehead and shot backwards, plastering himself against the wall. It was. A miniature Dark Zexal stared back at him with a delighted smile on his face and giggled before bringing his hands together in an awkward baby like clap. In fact Dark Zexal actually looked like a baby. A flash of yellow at the corner of his eye made him turn to notice a second Infantile Zexal laying on his stomach and staring at Yuma with large, curious eyes. What was happening? Was this normal? "Astral, I need some help out here." Moments later Astral appeared from the key. "Yuma, why are there small versions of Zexal on your bed?"
"I have no idea..."
