As every story must begin all stories must end. A close look at your life could reveal you make tens of thousands decisions each day. Those decisions affect the end so what happens with a tweak to a story?
Chapter 12 of Run away with me
Quickly they ran hearing sirens behind them alerting all of L.H.M. of the escape. Katara started to slow "Toph take Kae" she could hear a large team riding on Komodo Rhinos behind them and was sure Toph could sense them. Toph quickly took Kae "I'll hold them off... This time I wont let the, get to you" Katara said giving Toph a good-bye kiss and with a twist of her wrist a huge wave formed and froze in between them. Katara turned towards the komodo rhinos and saw Toph's father at the lead. She closed her eyes and gave into blood bending's fierce desires.
All elements have a darker side even if its unknown. Metal bending gives benders the ability to bend the product of fire and earth. Lightning bending gives the bender the ability to give life or take it with the twitch of two fingers. Air benders when mastered can control the very weather and whip up massive storms. Then blood bending forces the victim to give in to the very will of the bender.
Katara rushed into the pack cutting off the blood flow of soldiers and rhinos. Her eyes glowed a mean red as her soul was tainted just as the old woman who showed it to her had. She clenched her fist and the blood of the dead around her. The blood wrapped around Katara "Idiots" she said and knocked a few more then suddenly the sound of an arrow and the blood flowed to the ground. Katara's blood flowed with it back to the earth from where it came.
Toph ran faster as the ground carried the vision of what had happened. She could feel the last of the rhinos catching up with her. She was coming up on Ba Sing Se when a rush of wing caught Toph and an arrow sliced through her back. She stayed alive long enough to feel a man get off his rhino and walk to Kae and in her father's voice said "Don't worry I'll raise her the way a child should be" and with a final slash he ended his daughter's life.
Epilogue
Kae walked to a gravestone on an untraveled road and smiled "well mothers looks like I turned out okay with out you" she said picking up a rock. "I guess grandpa isn't as bad as most of your people thought" she chuckled as a bull-horse drawn carriage pulled up and an old man's voice called out "Kae come on its almost dinner time" to which Kae turned around and walked off. She turned for one last glimpse and bent the rock into the air. With a flick of her wrist she walked away, as the rock zoomed it gained speed and crashed into the stone. The last thing Kae saw as the carriage pulled out of sight was the crumbled remains of the last of the reminders there had ever been lesbians.
