The Most Beautiful Thing Earth Has to Offer
He shifted in the bed, arm stretched out to search of the other body but found nothing. Blue eyes opened and the young man sat up, the bed sheet falling to his waist revealing the band to his silk blue pajama pants. Seiya looked at the clock near her side of the bed. It was just turning twelve, where was she?
The bedroom door was open so he knew she had gone out. A frown appeared on the handsome man's face as he threw the covers off of his form and sleepily walked out of the room. Seiya stepped into the living room of the apartment, his brows knotting together when he found no sign of his green-eyed lover.
"Mako?"
"I'm out here." Her voice rang in his ears. He sighed in relief, knowing that she was okay. Turning his head the blue eyed man found the lithe body of Kino Makoto. For the first time since he had stepped into the living room, he felt the cool breeze from the open balcony doors.
In long strides he stepped up behind the brown haired woman. She looked beautiful in the form fitting forest green nightgown, her pale skin accented by the moonlight. Her brown hair was loose from her trademark ponytail, flowing freely down her back. Without a hesitation Seiya wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her against him.
"What are you doing out here?" He asked in a whisper.
Makoto turned her head to look at him; a smile on her rose colored lips before she tilted her head back up to look at the stars. "Stargazing."
He echoed her words. "Stargazing? Why?"
She shrugged; "the stars are one of the most beautiful things this Earth has to offer. I can even see Jupiter tonight."
"One of the most beautiful but not the most beautiful thing this planet offers." He smirked, turning the woman in his arms. Before Makoto could say a word, Seiya gently grabbed her chin and drew her face close kissing her. The two stood under the nighttime sky in each other's embrace until the need to air arose. Makoto the first to pull away.
Green eyes locked with blue. "I love you Kou Seiya."
He smiled, "I love you too, Kino Makoto. Now why don't you show me where Jupiter is tonight?"
With a giggle, Makoto turned with her back pressed against his chest. The brown haired Senshi happily pointing out the location of Jupiter and various constellations as her boyfriend listened.
