Hey everyone! Here is how this will work. Submit as many as you want, I don't really care the number, all you have to know is that the characters I think are the best and most interesting will be in this story. On that note good luck :) Also what you should know about this story is, that I will most likely center the story with a few (5) of the best tributes rather then put so much attention on all of them. If your character has a star next to it that means you're going to be "in the spotlight." But remember this, just because your person does not have a (*) next to there name, does not mean they wont become a bigger character and win!
