"You didn't see it Angel, you didn't see the life drown out of her eyes", I tried to shake away the image of her face that was burned into my minds eye but it wouldn't let go.

"Wesley, thousands would have died, I wish there was something I could have done. I loved Fred, but she wouldn't have wanted the repercussions of her being brought back", Angel gazed at his hands like Fred's blood was smeared all over it.

"You obviously didn't love her enough. It's not always about what she wanted. What about what we wanted. I needed her, I still need her but you didn't give a second thought about that did you. She was the most sincere and amazing girl I ever met and she finally let me know that we had a chance together. You took that away from me, Angel. You stole the girl I've pined over for over a year and that decision of yours was the only thing standing in the way of Fred and me spending the rest of our lives together.

"Wesley, its over, she's gone, there's nothing anyone can do."

"There has to be something that can be done I can't just let her fade into nothing. Illeria is so much like her, there must be some part of Fred still left in there, she has to be there somewhere. The end is coming and were without Cordelia, Fred and now Gunn. Were fighting a fight we can't win. Wolfram and Hart have been planning this all along and were just beginning to prepare now."

"No Wesley, you have to have faith. If that's one thing I've learned through all my ordeals is that you have to believe that the greater good will prevail one way or another. We are an army of supernatural people. Buffy isn't to far to find. Giles, Willow, Xander, Dawn and all the slayers are just waiting for information on a new big bad. All is not lost Wesley. Spike has already gone off to contact Giles and Andrew."
