Writer's Block Artist: WOW! I'm back from the dead. Sorry peoples! Anyways, I drew this picture at the Happiest Place on Earth and it inspired this oneshot. Intended to be drabble, but as always, I go into too many details. And now I'm rambling.

The sun was red in the late afternoon sky, making a perfect setting for what some would call the "Perfect Romantic Getaway." The waves fell lightly on the sand, making soft sounds. Two figures walked down the beach, hand in hand, letting the salty seawater and sand flow in between their toes.
"Kairi?" he asked.
"Hm," she replied.
"There's something… uh… something I wanted to… ask you…"
They sat down, letting the waves fall on their feet. Sora pulled the legendary little yellow star-shaped fruit out of his pocket and placed it in Kairi's hand. Her eyes lit up as she thought about what eating this simple little fruit would mean. She sighed contentedly and rested her head on his shoulder.
"Will you share the Paopu fruit with me?" he asked, some of his courage coming back. He slid his hand under hers, so they both held the little star.
She was silent for a few seconds. "…Yes." She smiled as he kissed the top of her head and wrapped his free arm around her waist, pulling her closer.
He wore a sheepish grin as he broke off a point of the fruit and lifted it to her mouth. She let out a small giggle as she bit into the piece. As soon as she swallowed he ate a portion of the fruit, too.
They finished the Paopu quickly and stared into the fading sunlight. After a minute or two, Kairi began to hum a song. As the last ray of sunlight disappeared below the waves she sang:
"Underneath the beautiful blue sky…"
