The cover is the ring. READ! That's all I have to say.
Since she had known him, Austin always had a ring on his left middle finger. She'd never seen him without it. It was really pretty, with emeralds on it. She'd never asked him about it.
Every day, he'd go to Sonic Boom to see her and she would always glance at his ring to make sure it was still there. She didn't know why she did this, however.
One day, Austin went into Sonic Boom and Ally glanced at his left hand, but the ring wasn't on his finger! "Austin!" she said in a panicky voice.
"What?"
"Where's your ring?"
"What ring?"
"The one you always wear on your left middle finger!"
"Oh, THAT ring. I didn't even know you'd noticed it."
"Of COURSE I noticed it! How could I not?!"
Austin just laughed and pulled out a small box. "Do you LIKE the ring?"
"Uh, yeah..."
"Do you WANT the ring?" he asked as he opened the box. Inside the box was the famous ring.
"..."
"Ally, you've been my friend for a few years now, and I've fallen in love with you over that period of time. So, if you really like the ring, you can have it. But don't wear it on you middle finger like I did, wear it on your ring finger, where it goes. That is, if you'd be my wife."
The whole time she stared at him, smiling. "YES!" She grabbed the ring out of the box and ran away. "FINALLY! I HAVE THIS RING!" She held up the ring in triumph.
"Wait, you just wanted the ring?" he said, chasing after her.
"No, I'm just kidding." she said, turning around and running back to him. "I like you more than the ring."
"Really?" he said hopefully.
"NOPE! The ring is AWESOME!" Then she attacked Austin with a kiss. He kissed back. "But I still like you," she said, putting the ring on her left ring finger.
This is REALLY short. I hope you like it.
