Author's Note- Hello everyone! A quick note before the story begins, or well the prologue. I need some OC's to fill up the teams, so if you have one and would like to send me one please don't hesitate to PM me. And last thing! This is my second fanfic more or less so criticism is welcome and appreciated. Enjoy.

-Rivalry-

-Prologue: Advancement-

-Remnant-

Rivalry is a pitiful thing. The feelings to another that cause irrational hatred. Those feelings are bulky and in the way of the larger picture for just one thing. To be better than the other. When in reality those sides can work together. That is what caused these two teams to end up here. At Beacon, an academy for children to become grand warriors that protect those who cant protect themselves. Hunters and Huntresses. But these children aren't just at Beacon, they are at, or rather, in a whole new classroom, created just for them. To unlock the unlimited potential inside them.

A single man will have to teach them to not only fight, and fight well, but also to work together. And for moody teenagers, it is almost impossible for them to get along, even without a rivalry.

"Alright Alright, take your seats." The teacher said.

The class grumbled and sat in the two rows of desks, separated in the middle by a staircase. One team to its own island of desks.

"So, as you may know. This is not a normal class. This is a classroom designed for students with remarkable skill. So remarkable, that those students already know more than the average teacher can teach." The teacher said, strolling back and forth, from wall to wall. "I am not a normal teacher. I will show you talents beyond-" He was cut off.

"And what makes you so special!?" A student yelled out, challengingly.

"I will show you with time." The teacher said, trying not to sound aggravated.

"Hey would you show some respect!" Another student chimed in, being from the opposite team.

"At least I'm not a teachers pet" The first student yelled.

The two teams started arguing loudly, almost like someone was getting murdered.

"ENOUGH!" The teacher said through a gust of wind that forced all the students into their seats. "Let's begin." He said shortly after.

Authors Note- Well that's the beginning, or the back story at least. It's just a quick thing I threw together. I hope it capped your interest. More out soon, I hope. -Symph
