"Daddy!" The two siblings shouted running out the door and to their father. "Essie! Sammy!" The figure yelled, spreading his arms out wide. Essie and Sammy wrapped their arms around him and giggled. "I have presents!" The man exclaimed letting go of the children and slipping his hands into his tool belt. He pulled out a wrapped rectangular box and two bars. "Essie, candy for you and this for you Sammy" Essie eagerly took the two candy bars and started unwrapping them.
Sammy took the box and excitedly tore open the box. "A tool box!" He exclaimed taking a small hammer out and tapping the concrete. A woman appeared at the doorway, smiling. "How was work, Mr. Valdez?" She asked. Leo grinned and answered, "Great, how are you Mrs. Valdez?" She pondered over the question for a minute. "I'm fine; now bring the kids in so we can watch a movie Repair Boy!"
The elfish adult smiled and said, "Aye, Aye Praetor of New Rome" Leo picked the two children up and headed into the house with Reyna next to him.
"Dad!" The teen shouted. "What's wrong Essie?" Leo shouted back, putting down the TV remote and running up the stairs. "Look what Sammy did!" Essie yelled pointing to her hair. It was a bright pink and was shooting in all directions. "Samuel Antonio Valdez!" A curly haired head poked out of a door. A scrawny, curly haired teen came out of a room. "Yes Dad?" Sammy asked. "Good job" Leo stated patting him on the back and leaving.
