Tessie's Apology

I have to admit it. What I did this morning is probably part of the reason all of us are up scrubbing the floor at 4 A.M. now. But I couldn't help myself. I HATE it when they fight. I get so scared that all I can think to say is "Oh my goodness." This morning, Pepper really looked like she was gonna clobber July. If Annie hadn't come in, I don't know what would have happened.

Sometimes, I realize how much I annoy the others with my constant crybabyness. Sometimes, I know Pepper would like nothing more than to take a swing at my trap and shut me up. I try not to be such a crybaby, but sometimes, I don't know what else to do. Miss Hannigan was really mad at me for complaining and crying this morning. I thought she was gonna smack me for sure. But scrubbing the floor is much better than getting hit. Even if it is 4 A.M.

So I guess I've no real reason to complain about our punishment. I'm part of the reason. I just hope that next time I won't be.
