If one were to enter the highlands, they would find an area steeped in history, and quite variable in its faction control. In the Eastern areas, the Institute has the frontier of its land upon which sits the frontlines of its war with the Capital Conclave, a group of local tribes based out of the Ruins of Albany, now known as Alba. In the West, lay the borders of Ronto, and its industrial might, while in the South, there are no controlling groups, only small towns and villages, which occasionally get raided by the Pitt. Though each faction may not hold the entire area, they no doubt have a great effect on the local's behavior, and customs, most of which I encountered during my travels. This has caused the region to become a sort of powder keg, but what a powder keg it is! This book shall take you on a guided tour of the New York highlands, so prepare.
