Story:
This is what I think should have happened in Episode 3 of Naruto.
Sakura was sitting on a bench while waiting to eat lunch with Sasuke. "Well, it's not like there's a big rush or anything. I'm going to be in the same group as Sasuke-kun for quite a while now. Although... how could he even like a girl like me? After all, all I have is a wide forehead. Do you think..." said Sakura to herself as she sighed and ended up seeing Sasuke standing there by the tree while smiling at her. "Huh! No way! Sasuke-kun is looking at me! And that look in his eyes." said Sakura to herself as she noticed that Sasuke was smiling at her.
In Sakura's imagination...
Sakura was imagining that Sasuke would tell her that he liked her... no... loved her. "Hey... sorry to be calling you out here to a place like this. Well, you see... I have to tell you something, but you might not be interested, so... for a long time now, I've always... liked you." said Sasuke.
Out of Sakura's imagination.
She then shrugged it off and asked herself, "No way. Who am I, a girl who still believes in fairy tales?" Suddenly, Sasuke came and said the exact same words that she had imagined him to say:
"Hey... I have to tell you something, but you might not be interested."
Inner Sakura then shouted, "Alright! Now this is a fairy tale that's coming true! Cha!"
"For a long time now, I've always... liked you." said Sasuke as he said the exact same words in Sakura's imagination. "Sasuke-kun!" said Sakura. Suddenly, Sasuke was sitting down right in front of her and asked, "Sakura?" as Sakura realized that she had been daydreaming. "Sasuke-kun..." said Sakura as her right eye started twitching.
Inner Sakura then shouted, "How embarrassing! Now Sasuke-kun probably thinks I'm an idiot!"
Sasuke then finally said, "Sakura. Close your eyes." as he kissed her to which Sakura said to herself, "Sasuke-kun..." realizing that her dream was coming true.
