Astonishment
A/N: When Sam and Freddie confront each other, Freddie POV. The quotes may not be TOTALLY perfect, but they're okay. One-shot
"There is NO way Missy said that!" I scoff at Sam's desperate attempt to frame Missy that she was trying to get rid of her.
"But she DID!" Sam said, insisting the impossible, please, like I'm THAT dumb.
"You know what, maybe Carly was right, maybe you're just jealous!" I say, with more venom than intended.
Instantly I regretted it, seeing how hurt she looked. Out of instinct, i felt like cringing, thinking she would have hit me by now. "Forget it, don't believe me," she said apathetically, her voice breaking, and then walking away slowly.
I sigh, "Give me ONE reason why I should believe you," I say, hoping she can hear.
"Because I came to you," she stated simply. "When have I ever come to you for help?"
I frowned and didn't respond, and then she walked away. She was right...for once...
The first time she comes to ME for HELP, I laugh in her face and accuse her of a cardinal sin, and all she does is walk away...
I sigh, and was about to follow her, but I decided against it.
NEXT DAY (Normal POV)
"Freddie, we are all proud to send you on this cruise," Principal Franklin said, shaking Freddie's hand.
Freddie beamed. "Thank you," the grin slid off his face. "But Principal Franklin, I believe another student deserves this privilege more than myself."
"Who?"
"Missy Robinson."
A/N: Really short, but I like it.
