"Friend Raven?"
Her Tamerianian teammate was coming towards her down the hall from her room, "Friend Raven, I believe this is yours. I believe it got mixed in with mine when we last cleansed our clothing during the day of laundry." Starfire held out a black piece of silk and lace.
Taking the article, Raven started folding it and said, "Thank you."
"Friend Raven, I have noticed during the day of laundry, that most of your articles of grebnex support, although most adorable, now fasten in the front. Why is that?"
Raven smirked, "Because it confuses Garfield." She said it like it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"Friend Beastboy? Please forgive me, but I do not understand."
"Garfield and I have a deal. It's kind of a game we're playing." Her voice was it's normal dry, stoic monotone
"Oooo, what kind of game?"
Raven held up the silk and lace, but her tone never wavered, "Unless he can get this off of me without tearing it apart, then he doesn't get to handle my...grebnex"
"Handle them?"
The Sahara wasn't this dry, "Yes. Every once in a while, if I decide to let him win, I'll wear one that fastens in the back. If you'll excuse me, I need to go change. Garfield's expecting me in a while."
As Raven sauntered away, Starfire's exceptional hearing caught Ravens muttering, "Although his frustration when he's failing is... delicious, those claws of his are exquisite. Think I'll let him win this time."
Starfire was confused as she returned to her room. "Handle them? Why would Friend Beastboy be handling Friend Raven's..." Her voice was cut off by the closing of her door.
"GREBNEX!" was heard throughout the floor and the door repoened and Starfire flew down the hall after her friend, shouting "Ooooo, Friend Raven, please wait for me! We must do the talking of girls!"
