The air noticeably increased its power as he approached them.

" Yuki," the name slithered out his blood red lips. "I hope these swine aren't bothering you in any way."

Before she could respond, Zero stepped forward eyeing him. It seemed to get a bit too cold for the season. "What did you say,, you bastard?"

"Hold your tongue, Zero," Kaname intercepted sharply.

"Or what Kaname?" Zero's eyes were challenging as he added his name mockingly. He himself could feel the vast amount of tension between them.

Abruptly Yuki was pushed out of harms way as the both of them took their stance. Ice appeared beneath Zero's feet and rapidly travelled to capture Kaname. But Kaname swiftly kicked himself off the ground and charged towards his opponent.

Zero shielded himself with a block of ice although it crumbled to tiny shreds of crystals which shone, illuminating their presence. Kaname focused his power directly on Zero who struggled to balance out the power of the wind with gravity.

The wind dominated gravity with ease and resulted into Zero flying metres backwards only to find himself slamming against a hard, rocky wall. It seemed that that was the event that had Yuki snap out of her trance. She glanced between the both of them and cursed as Kaname glided over to his enemy.

Yuki set out to a run in order to catch up with the pair. She had to try to prevent anything else from occurring. As she sped up to get to them, she began to shout out.

"Kaname! Kaname please stop!"

Surprisingly Kaname turned around to face the pixie like girl. "Yuki..."

She came to a halt in front of him, panting. "You two- have to- stop... please."

But then as Kaname stared back at Yuki, he was attacked from the back as Zero kicked him with the last of his remaining strength. He lifted himself off the ground and when he was about to inflict more pain to his opponent, his ice shard melted to a puddle of water.

"Kain!" Yuki exclaimed as he arrived.

Kaname looked between them and before he could comprehend his desired action, he was already in the air with someone in his arms.

"Kaname-senpai..."
