Chapter 1 ; oneshot
Today, Serina-sensei is sick so she is having a day off from teaching. Students of Class B jump in excitement when they hear the good news from Narumi.
"In exchange, there is a bad news as well," Narumi says, smirking. "That's it! In return, Jinno-sensei will be sitting in. For English period! Tadaa! Isn't it great?!"
"No. That is not great Narumi-sensei!" Mikan points out. "We will be tortured to death! Please Narumi-sensei, couldn't you sit in instead?"
"Nope. I've got errands to do, sorry, adios!" just then, he skips out of the room. Seconds later, the bell rings, and it's time for torturing class A.K.A English period. Aw man.
It turns out to be that Jinno-sensei, is a very. very. very bad English teacher. He teaches them easy things, things that Serina-sensei had already taught them before. Jinno gives them exercises on English Grammar, and picks one student randomly to answer his questions.
Too bad, Jinno even got his own answers wrong, and even some spelling mistakes. But of course, as the kind of man he is, he doesn't want to admit his mistakes and doesn't bother to apologize at all because he claims himself as the 'Nothing can bring me speechless man'.
"Ne, Jinno-sensei,"
"Sakura. What is it?" he glares at her over his shoulder.
"I have been wondering, atcually. But I'm worried if you can't give me a proper answer," Mikan says, scratching the back of her head. "Just state it out," Jinno snapped. He is, in fact, very annoyed. What on earth can he not answer? He is the elementary head teacher for crying out loud. Hotaru flashes Mikan a 'What? An idiot here is asking a question' look. Mikan pouts and continues.
"Actually..."
"......"
"I have been wondering. If a teacher taught, then..."
"......"
"Why didn't the preacher praught?"
"What on earth? Heck, I can't answer," Jinno thought. He tries to stay as calm as possible.
"And...And, if a vegetarian eat vegetables, what does a humanitarian eats?! I mean, they can't just eat human right? What about eggplants? There's no eggs in eggplants! I'm thinking of asking Serina-sensei today but she's sick, so Jinno-sensei, can you please tell me?! I'm dying to know the answers!"
"......"
"......"
The class is silence. Though the questions Mikan asked a while ago were abit of meaningless, they want to know the answers as well. All faces are glued to Jinno. "..Well?"
"Urm,"
"......"
"Actually,"
"......"
Bingo. For the first time, Jinno-sensei, is left speechless, by a bunch of elementary schooler; no, by the no-star Sakura Mikan. Mikan smirks at Natsume, and he acts like he doesn't see it.
This, is atcually a pay back from Natsume as he lost rock, paper, scissors and took the bait to 'play' with Persona and ended up getting hit, for it was all Mikan's stupid idea. This time, Mikan wins. The 'Make JinJin speechless' plan is a sucess to Mikan, and a FAIL to Natsume. Mikan's gonna get ice cream. x)
