Delicate snowflakes descended peacefully from the dark storm clouds above, landing silently on the shiny, ebony, wooden coffin. Each individual snowflake like a gift directly from the heavens, all beautiful in their own ways. Rain pattered quietly onto the ground. The coffin was lowered slowly and carefully into a rectangular hole in the ground. Dirt was shovelled into the hole, the shiny silver letters ontop of the coffin becoming less visible with each scoop.
Other than the people attending the funeral, a few people walkied silently to tomb stones and others knelt in front of graves, paying their respects to the deceased and laying down flowers.
After the hole was filled, people quietly shuffled out of the depressing cemetery, leaving one person kneeling in front of where the coffin was buried. Her soggy black hair clung to her forehead.
"I guess you finally got what you deserved, brother." She whispered, hissing the word "brother" as if it were poison. She stood up and spat on the grave, then left.
