I'M SORRY I KNOW I SHOULD BE UPDATING BEGIN AGAIN AND THE CHOICE AWARDS!
But this idea was just bouncing around my head like a bunny hyped up on sugar.
I entered the contest "Dafuq do we call this contest?" So check it out. I'm not supposed to say which one I wrote, just know it's about the fall into Tartarus. Reviews and favourites are combined so...yeah
Disclaimer: I do not own Percy Jackson.
Percy already knew he was in a load of trouble. It was his fault, bringing her home. As soon as Annabeth saw, he probably wouldn't ever be able to have kids. Or pee.
Having chosen to come home at night with her, he had to be extra careful not to make any loud noises.
Creak
Percy glared at the floor, then towards Annabeth's bedroom door. No sounds seem to be coming from inside, so hopefully she was asleep. He continued into the living room with his companion, maybe he could scrounge up something for her to sleep on.
Unfortunately, luck wasn't on his side. To avoid bumping into her, he knocked a vase that Athena herself had given to them as a present. It was quite ugly in his opinion, but Annabeth had loved the present. Too many owls on it.
"Percy? What-" Annabeth emerged from her room, wiping away the sleep from her eyes. Having caught sight of his companion, she stopped in horror.
"Um. Hi." Percy said sheepishly.
"PERSEUS JACKSON HOW DARE YOU DO THIS BEHIND MY BACK!" Despite the angry words, fear was written all over her.
"I'm sorry! I saw her and just had to get her!"
"MY MOTHER WARNED ME ABOUT YOU! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED!" A finger was pointed accusingly at him. "WHAT MADE YOU THINK BRINGING THAT HOME WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA?"
Percy glanced at the one in his hand. He supposed maybe this wasn't his best idea. "They're so cool though!"
Annabeth took a menacing step forward, but stepped back once she look into the eyes of Percy's companion. "She wants to kill me." Annabeth whispered.
"Betsy? Nah."
"Get her out. Or you get out." Annabeth demanded.
"I promise I'll keep her in the cage! And you'll never find her crawling around in your clothes or anything." Percy pleaded and was just about to sink to his knees and beg, when he saw the fight go from his girlfriend's eyes.
"Fine. But as soon as the tarantula gets within a foot of me, I'm killing it with my frying pan."
