He's Always There
It was always like this
He was always their for me when I needed him
Even now as he lays on top me
Blood dripping down his face
And a massive shuriken in his back
All I was good for was the little things
Making him food and healing him when he needed it
I was nothing but a hindrance
The avenger, the one I loved before lay 50 feet away
His last attempt to kill me stopped by his best friend
However that love was long dead
My true love, My soul mate
Lays on top of me dying slowly
Not even his demon could save him
Once again I was useless
I couldn't even tell him that I loved him
All I could say was that I was sorry that I was so useless
He did the most unexpected thing I could think
He smiled
Then he looked me in the eyes and said in a very soft voice
"Your not useless. You just being here gives me hope"
I was shocked
I looked at him and replied without fear
"I love you"
He looked down at me with a shocked expression
I leaned up and kissed him with all the energy I could muster
When I broke the kiss, he smiled and whispered softly
"Thank you"
He collapsed on top of me and fell unconscious
I followed him to the darkness soon after
The next thing I sensed was someone talking about a medical chart
I opened my eyes and realized that I was in the hospital
I felt someone on top of me
When my eyes finally focused I realized who it was
It was my Savior
I began to cry
He stirred and woke up
He looked at me for a second then jumped on top of me
He hugged me till it hurt
I pushed him away a little and he pulled back and looked hurt
I said
"That's not what I wanted from you"
I leaned forward and kissed him as if it was my last
He pulled away and said
"I love you Sakura"
His blue eyes shined on me as I replied
"I love you to Naruto. Forever and ever"
