This is a result of a quick brainstorm after I finished Tales of Xillia.

Yes I know, it's been ages since it was released, blame the workloads I had this year.

I have been in this group for as long as I can remember. To tell the truth, I am unable to remember exactly when I met Jude and set into this journey.

It's not that I want to complain.

I have been monitoring all of the members, Jude and Alvin, especially. They took my interest, they seem to have so many things to tell and show.

All the gestures that Alvin does are just mere actions created from his fear of his cover being blown up.

But to Jude it's different. They all come from his heart, it's natural. Like how my mission is to protect humans and spirits alike.

I was gone for a while, but when I came back, the girls told me some things that they believe I have missed. And hearing the shooting incident from Leia, I think Jude and Alvin have an unseen bond that only I know of.

It's like how a tree grows from a seed, their bond continues on forming and it's becoming unbreakable.

At least, that's how I believe it is.

Jude and Alvin, they're both equally strong, but equally fragile at the same time.

I might not know how much of a burden placed on Alvin's shoulders for being an Elympion in Rieze Maxia, and I might not know how humans spend their childhoods, but I can read how heavy and it is and how happy it was supposed to be from how he acts.

But by so, he builds what I read as, a 'wall' in him. A wall that's supposed to make him grow and be a man he's supposed to be.

Jude is just a do-gooder young man who got kicked in this mess. He doesn't know how to take care of himself nor does he know how to make a choice for himself.

But this adventure might develop his sense of responsibility, one of the building blocks of 'adulthood'.

Jude and Alvin were only a step away from being a man, all the tears and sweats shed for it would finally proved to be worth it.

They... 'Were'.

That's what I thought before I accidentally heard this one conversation.

"I love you, Jude."

For unknown reason, I wanted to stop them, but I guess it wasn't my place to interfere.

"Alvin, can I trust you on this?"

By one sentence I see it all crumble down.

By one sentence I see how everything doesn't matter anymore.

By one sentence Jude and Alvin were broken into pieces.

So umm… How was it?

And yes if you weren't aware of it, Milla narrates this. I tried real hard to make it look like she says all of this… Did I succeed?

Btw JudexAlvin is my OTP and this website needs more JudexAlvin love.

Reviews would be greatly appreciated ^^
