Hiei stared at Kurama and thought *I can't fight this feeling any longer.* As Kurama leaned onto Yuusuke, the fire demon sighed *and yet I'm still afraid to let it show.*
Gazing through Kurama's window, Hiei's heart jumped into his throat as the youko slipped into silken pajamas that showed off every sensuous curve.
"What started out as friendship has grown stronger. . . oh. . . I wish I had the strength to let it show!."
Hiei shakes his head and confesses to the sky, "I tell myself that I can't hold out forever! I know there is no reason for my fear."
Remembering, the tough little youkai saw Kurama put his arms around him. "What have you done to me fox! 'Cause I feel so secure when we're together! You give my life direction, you make everything so clear!"
"Uh oh. . . the boss is calling me back to Makai!"
Gazing back in longing at the red head in the bed the torn demon sighs, "Even as I wonder, I'm keeping you in sight... you're a candle in the window on a cold, dark loner's night."
Kurama looked at Hiei in surprise, "Hiei! You left... years ago to work in Makai!"
The demon ducked his head as Kurama led him to his room. *I'm getting closer than I ever thought I might.*
Kurama stood rooted to the spot as Hiei pulled his face down and kissed him with deliciously sweet lips. *Oh I can't fight this feeling anymore, I've forgotten what I started fighting for!*
As Hiei led Kurama to the bed and drew the bishounen down, "It's time to bring this ship into the shore... and throw away the oars forever!"
Kurama held his breath, "Does that mean you're staying?!"
His heart overflowed with joy as the cute half-Koorime nodded and whispered into his ear, "I can't fight this feeling anymore, I've forgotten what I started fighting for and if I have to crawl upon the floor, come crashing through your door. Baby, I can't fight this feeling anymore."
Kurama pulled Hiei to him and as he caresses the one he loved, he smiled, "I'm glad you would love!"
Hiei smiled back and slipped into Kurama's arms; at peace with the fact that he didn't mind spending the rest of his life with him.
