Jenny Matrix flips through her humongous VGHS rule book she had to memorize by Wednesday.

It was her first week at the academy and she was panicking because she didn't have enough sleep due to having to remember all the rules in the huge textbook.

"Hey Jenny! Off to the practice memorizing the rule-book I see" ,as Ted calls out from the nearby locker.

"Hey Ted. What's up?"

"Oh, nothing. I had to give my dad father support for the week."

"Y'all check out these noobs!" a random passer-byer yelled out.

"Ignore them. Haters gonna hate"

"Yeah, you and me both."

"Yup, we're smarter than most newbies out there. We already understood that haters gonna hate. Most freshman don't."

"See ya later, I have to get to memorization period."

Memorization period was the built-in study schedule specifically built for "getting to know the rule" book, as a way to put it.

Jenny Matrix POV

Mary Matrix was in charge of the class.

Bah, Jenny thought as she was stuck in class with her mother, Mary Matrix again.

This is so boring I just want to get out of here ASAP.

I will get out here ASAP, believe me.

Maybe I'll ask Ted for advice, he seems to have dealt with the same thing with his father, Jimmy Wong.

Ted and I seem to have that in common.

Mary Matrix POV

Ha ha, rules are rules. I'm not going to make an exception for that pupil, Jenny.

"Jenny! Detention for you Friday at 6 pm. No exceptions, no excuses."

"But, but, I have badminton practice."
