Jerome's POV
I walked to the common room with Mara because Trudy said we would be having a new student.
"Is it a girl?" Amber asked "I hope so, there'll be another person to share all my fashion tips with and dress up!"
"No Amber, it's a boy" Trudy replied
I hope it's not another person like Mick I thought.
A few minutes after I said that Mick walked in.
All the girls went for hugs including Mara.
I heard Mick flirting with Mara when Fabian walked over for a hug.
"Hey Mate" Mick said to Fabian.
I started flirting with Mara while Mick gave me a death glare with the look 'It's on'.
Saturday morning Mara sat on the couch while me and Mick sat beside her.
She was reading about famous artists which gave Mick and me an idea.
We both went to our rooms and started painting.
I came out and showed Mara my painting of her.
"Umm what is that?" she asked in her adorable accent.
"You" I replied.
"Jerome it just looks like a big blob of colors"
Just then Mick came out with his painting.
"Aww Mick that's so sweet!" Mara said while giving him a hug.
"Score one for Mickie" Mick mouthed to me.
I glared at him.
On Sunday I was cooking breakfast for Mara, bacon and eggs.
I could see Mick was doing the same idea but with pancakes.
When I finished I set it on Mara's seat. Mick pushed mine aside and set his there.
Mara walked in and looked at the two breakfasts. She sat down and started eating the pancakes.
"Mara why don't you eat the bacon and eggs?" I asked
"Well Jerome it was really sweet but it's burnt" She replied
Mara finished the pancakes and gave them both a kiss on the cheek.
Mick and I glared at each other again.
