-Waiting -
I stared out into the ocean, the waves lapping gently at my feet. I can't believe it's been a whole year since he left….I wonder when he'll come back. I breathed in the salty ocean air. I've been waiting for so long but…I don't even know where in the world he is. It was then I decided. I'm going to write him a letter. With that I rushed home, got some paper and a pencil, and made my way to Destiny Island. I sat on a paopu tree and wondered. Now what should I write? Will he even remember me? I frowned but banished that thought from my mind. No…I know he remembers me because he is a part of my heart, I know he thinks of me too. He may be worlds away from me but our hearts are connected. Then I knew exactly what to write. I smiled as I let my pencil dance across the paper. As I finished, I placed it in a glass bottle and watched it disappear into the horizon. And somehow I knew in my heart that he would come back.
"Thinking of you wherever you are. We pray for our sorrows to end and hope that our hearts will blend. Now I will step forward to realize this wish. And who knows, starting a new journey may not be so hard or maybe it's already begun. There are many worlds but they share the same sky One sky, onedestiny."
