After our performances on Saturday morning, we spent the entire afternoon and evening at Six Flags Park in Baltimore despite chilly, rainy weather. I decided to hang out with Alex, Justin, and Max, along with their best friends who were managers, Theresa Drummond and Jerry Finkle. First, we ate lunch at the All-American Cafe. Alex and I had chicken tenders and fries, while Justin and Max had burgers and fries. "Are you guys ready to ride some rides?" I asked my friends. "We sure are, Angel," Alex replied. "I love to ride all the roller coasters," Justin stated. "Let's ride the Goliath first!" I exclaimed. "Okay," Alex agreed. All of us then went to the Goliath. Theresa and Jerry just stood by and waited for us because they did not like roller coasters, while Alex, Justin, Max and I got in line. Coincidentally, we saw Sarah, James, and Henri behind us in another line in front of us behind the Goliath, along with Carly and her parents. "Just to let you know, the awards ceremony is canceled tonight," James then reminded us. "Why?" I asked. "It's because it's raining too hard," Sarah explained. "Sarah, do you think we should meet at the same time to go back to the hotel?" Alex then asked. "We'll let you know when we find out from Mr. Beresik," she then replied. "All right," Alex stated. "Angel and I are going to ride the Goliath." "Well, have fun!" Sarah said to us. "The rest of us are getting on our ride right now." We then got in our car to ride the Goliath. It was a wooden roller coaster that was steep and fast. Unfortunately, Alex's hair tie broke when we rode together. I ended up riding half the rides with Alex and half with Justin. It was a shame that they lost to Sarah and James for drum major positions, but we were still all best friends, nevertheless.
