Dear Sirius,
Look after Harry. That's the most important thing. Just, don't let him get hurt. Please. If you're reading this, then me and Lily are dead and you are the only one who has the right to see him. If anyone tries to make you give him up, fight for him! Fight for him like you'd fight for me, Padfoot. He's all that's left of me, and Lily, and so you have to take care of him. We wouldn't want, or trust, anyone else to. He's your responsability now. Look after him, for us. He only has you now.
Please bring Harry up like me and Lily'd want to. Help him grow up to be a smart, funny, all round brilliant person. Lily may not approve of this part, but I do hope that one day he may bring about a new generation of Marauders. Another thing... Please tell him about us. Don't hold stuff back from him because to be honest, I'd rather he knew the brutal truth than be spoon-fed lies for his life. He needs to know what we fought for, and how much we didn't want to leave him. On his 17th birthday, when he comes of age, please give him the letter enclosed with his name written on it. Only when he's 17, though. There's some life-lesson stuff which Lily thinks he won't need until he's 17.
Yeah, I know.
Last thing, Padfoot. I love you, man. You're my brother. I don't give a crap about blood ties, okay? Never forget that. And Lily, too. She loves you like an annoying older brother, where as to me you are awesome twin who made my life fun. I'm going to miss you, Paddy. And since I'm dead, I think I have permission to call you that one last time. It's been nice, wait no, amazing knowing you, Paddy. I know that one day we'll be reuntied in Heaven. I'll wait for that day. But until then... Stay alive, Padfoot. Stay alive for Lily, for me, and for Harry. Please.
Until we meet again,
Prongs
Harry looked up from the letter, his hands shaking and tears streaming from the corners of his eyes. This letter had never been opened before. The letter adressed to Harry was also unopened, lying in the dusty old box in which Harry had found this letter. This was his father. The man he loved so much, but never knew. He had seen only one letter from his mother, and he would reconginse her writing anywhere as he had read the letter so many times he knew it off by heart. But not once had he seen his father's writing, or seen the way his father talked. Harry started sobbing quietly, which was the first time he had sobbed in many years. He cried for the family he never knew, and for his family now, his children and his wife. He felt warm, familiar arms wrap around his shoulders and he turned to cry into the shoulder of his wife, Ginny.
A/N: Aww :( Poor Harry. Anyway, so this is ANOTHER new story from me, but this one is just random letters from HP characters, and is in no particular order. The only thing is, I might not put a story bit at the end of each chapter. I only did it this time to explain about the letter ^.^ So (why do I even ask? no one does :( ) review please.... :)
