ok i'm super sorry, but i HAD to break my promise not to write until around easter. but before anyone gets mad at me, i was able to bring my grades up to where i'm not worried that i'm going to lose my scholarship.
ne way. this is my first drabble. i want to thank pointy_objects because i would read all of her drabbles and that made me want to write one. (and if you haven't read ALL of them then i suggest that you do.) I don't think that I'm going to write many drabbles if I write another one at all. Drabbles are short, really short and it's kind of hard to convey the whole story in just a few lines and I like to have everything explained so, yea.
summary: "You're the only person in this whole school who doesn't know what two plus two is."
"You really are an idiot, you know that don't you," Helga told her long time love.
Sighing, Arnold turned to her. "How am I an idiot Helga?"
"You're the only person in this whole school who doesn't know what two plus two is."
Confused, Arnold said, "I know that two plus two is four. I know how to count."
Shaking her head, it was her turn to sigh. "That therein lies my point."
"I give up," he said with a frustrated tone.
Helga gave a short laugh. "You know, I tell myself that everyday. It doesn't seem to work though."
With that, she turned and walked away from the baffled boy.
ok, i don't think that this is my best work and if anyone is confused about what helga is talking about, it's arnold not realizing how she feels when everyone else does. when i was writing this i was thinking that they were in high school, but since i didn't put a time period, it can fit for P.S. 118 time too.
but please review and tell me what you think. if you don't like it, don't hesitate to say so. I didn't want to forget it so i wrote something for it. it only took me less than 10 mins so i don't expect it to be my best.

p.s. my grammar for the : 'that therein lies my point' is most likely wrong.
