Kay: . It's that damn deseas we authors like to call writers block. In the mean time, I hope you guys like this.
The Announcement
"Everyone…um…Kyo-kun and I have and announcement to make," a blushing Tohru said to the occupants of the room. Kyo, Shigure, Yuki, Kagura, Momiji, Hatori, Haru, Ayame, Kisa, Hiro and Ritsu all looked up from their various activities.
"What? Now? We're telling them now!" Kyo sat up, his face beet red.
"Um, I'm sorry, is that not right? You said we could tell them tonight, and, well, it is nighttime, so I thought-"
"Ah…That didn't come out right…I was just surprised that you'd want to tell them so soon." Kyo stuttered.
"So are you two going to tell us or what!" Momiji asked excitedly.
"Maybe they don't want to tell us. Maybe they're being selfish and want to keep whatever it is to themselves. Or maybe they don't want to say whatever it is with us kids around. Or maybe-"
"Hiro-chan, you're being mean to Onii-chan again. You promised me that you would stop if you came with me tonight, remember?" Kisa said grabbing Hiro by the sleeve.
"Ah, young love. Just think, Aya-san, Haa-san. In ten years or so, they'll be looking back on this moment as a fond memory with their children…" Shigure said.
"Quite right, Gure-san. Tell me, Yuki, does this not inspire you? You want to confess to Tohru-kun your undying love, don't you, Yuki?"
"Shigure, don't be lude, and Ayame, leave your brother alone, would you?" Hatori said without even looking up from his book.
"Hey, are you guys going to stop yapping so that these two can say what they want to say?" Haru asked, glaring at the room in general.
"I'M SORRY! TOHRU-SAN AND KYO-KUN HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SHARE THEIR ANNOUCNEMENT WITH US! I APPOLIGIZE TO THE WORLD! I'M SOOOOOOOOOORRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!" 1
"Would you all just please be quiet? Don't worry, Honda-san, I'm listening," Yuki said, smiling at Tohru.
"Yeah, c'mon, Kyo-kun, what is it you have to say?" Kagura said smiling.
Oh yeah, she's here, Kyo thought, tensing up. He had completely forgotten, for one blissful moment, that Kagura was so in love with him that she would kill. Which could pose a problem right about now.
"Um, well, you see, the thing is…" Tohru stuttered, blushing.
"Ah, hell. Tohru and I are together!" Kyo said, annoyed with Tohru's shyness and just wanting to get it over with.
"T-together?" Kagura said. "What…WHAT DO YOU MEAN, TOGETHER!"
"I mean we're a couple, damn it! Got a problem with that?" Kyo yelled
"OF COURSE I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT! I'VE SPENT ALMOST MY ENTIRE LIFE LOVING YOU! YOU PROMISED ME YOU WOULD MAKE ME YOUR WIFE!"
"Okay, first of all, that was along time ago, and second of all, YOU WERE THREATONING ME!"
"SO WHAT! IT WAS STILL A PROMISE!"
"Kagura, please, calm down. You're going to ruin my house again," Shigure said, his dog senses picking up the sent of a fight.
"SHUT UP, SHIGURE! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW A WOMAN'S HEAT WORKS IN THESE KINDS OF SITUATIONS! KYO, YOU TRAITOR! I HATE YOU, LOVE!"
Kagura's reaction caused such a disturbance, that not even Tohru noticed that Yuki had left the room.
Kay: I'd say I kept everyone pretty much in character, wouldn't you?
Jay: yeah, whatever v.v
