Andy Flynn was the first to arrive at Major Crimes office. He just wanted to solve a hard case and kick some bad guys. But the truth is he hated Valentine's day. Those couples smelling like love was so awful. The Lieutenant just wants run away to a place far away from "love is in the air" thing.
He walked to his desk, and arched one eyebrow when his eyes captured the red envelope with his name writing in a beautiful calligraphy. He looked around the place expecting to see the Lieutenant Provenza laughing with his joke. But he was alone.
He carefully opened the envelope and saw a card with red roses and a shiny "Happy Valentine's day".
He shook his head. "What the hell is that? Why someone gave him a valentine's card? Who did?" he asked himself
Then Andy saw in a small and powerful calligraphy, "S. Raydor"
-Oh my fuc...God! He shouted
"Why Sharon did this? Does she have feelings for him?"
The Lieutenant started to make an image of his Captain on his mind. She is so beauty, so independent, her legs, her breast. The way she looks at him.
He imagined her soft lips attacking his own. Oh God! Kissing that woman it would be so damn delightful.
His thought was interrupted by the other guys arriving. Andy opened the drawer in his desk, keeping the card in a safe place under some papers.
Andy was so confusing, and spent the day trying to act like nothing was happening and avoiding Sharon every time he could. Because when they were so close, he just can't breathe, imagining her naked body under his.
When the day work was finished the Captain called Andy at her office.
He was wildly nervous when he went inside the room, completely alone with Raydor. His legs trembled a little, his voice sounded weak when he replied -Yes, Captain!
-Andy there's something wrong with you today? May I help you to...
Andy was not listening what she said, focused on movements of her lips. He was not breathing, does not thought, he just walked to her side, pulling her body more close to his, and kissing her passionately.
Sharon wasn't resisting. But after a few minutes she stopped the kiss, pushing him away.
-What...what was this? She said trying to take control of herself again.
-I thought you wanted this too! He pointed a finger at himself and then at her.
-Why? How can you imagine this...
-The Valentine's card. He stopped her speech
-Oh! That! Sharon shook her head, and gave Andy that big smile.
-Sorry Andy. But it's just tradition, you know. I gave one those cards for everyone at the team.
Andy was so angry and feeling like a fool, an idiot teenager who always falls in every joke made by the most popular girl at the school.
-Sorr… sorry Captain, it was all he could say before left the room.
Just one thought on his head.
"I HATE VALENTINE'S DAY"
