Haven't been of Fanfiction since I was like 11 or 12. Ye, I'm almost 16 now ;D Anyways The other day, well more like a 3 months ago i read a sneak peek from the blood of Olympus when i pre ordered my Sadie and Annabeth Short story, anyways this is continued from that ending, for those who have read it. P. S please don't comment about my other stories because as i told you, those were written by me when i had finished SoN Which came out in 2010, i think? And i was only 11 or 12, so yeah, my grammar sucked. So please, no haters~
Jason I
Jason really didn't want to make dead friends, but there he was with Annabeth and Piper each on each side of his crouching behind a boulder. Both of the girls were trying to keep him up, since after all, he was an old man.
"What are they doing?" said Piper.
Jason followed her eyes towards their 'dead friends'. What he saw made his eyes widen.
There were at least fifty men with catapults all loaded with rocks. They wore some kind of Armour and their skin glowed a yellowish green. Jason tried to squint and get a closer look. He noticed all of them had no eyes and they looked very dead with wounds visible.
"Those are a few of the The suitors!" said Annabeth, "They're trying to break down the palace door with those giant rocks."
As Annabeth had confirmed the dead men were trying to breakdown the palace door which stood tall and was the biggest wooden door Jason had ever seen. And of course, it was found across a giant bridge.
"We won't be able to get into the palace with them trying to break the door!" Piper said.
Okay, Jason thought, this is bad.
"We have to get through the doors..." Annabeth had that look, and Jason knew she was coming up with a plan. At first he was kind of hesitant to bring her. First, because she had just escaped Tartarus and two, because he wasn't very comfortable around her, not in the bad way, just in an odd way...
She always had her gray eyes examining everything as if she were ready to strike, like a cobra, and if Jason made a wrong move...he rather not think about it.
"We should try to stick to our plan and figure out where the other half is and why this half isn't inside the palace already.
BOOM!
Jason turned to look as three catapults were fired. All of the rocks piled up at the entrance but it did nothing to the door.
"We have to keep moving before it's too late!" Annabeth said, pulling Jason up so quickly he almost fell over.
"Why? We should wait for them to break the door down first Annnabeth." Piper said.
"They're not trying to bring it down," Annabeth said, her gray eyes turning into dangerous hurricanes, "they're trying to block the door."
"You mean-?"
"Yeah," Jason answered, "they know we're here."
